All staff were very helpful, patient, and courteous! They assisted me in English as well as in my worst Japanese :) Room I selected (studio and just a little "larger") was nice for a solo traveler, but couples should look into larger rooms at the property if they are available. Bathroom is the usual, compact size with toilet, sink, and a shower room separated by the door. My room was configured in a way where I was able to store one of my suitcases "under" the floor where the bed sits. The bed is on a raised floor. 2nd floor is home to the Front Desk and other facilities (front desk, laundry, restrooms, sitting area with tables and counters including outlets for charging your devices if you want to charge them while you're in the lobby area). I believe there is a fitness room but I didn't check it out during my stay. For the laundry, the front desk was able to exchange my yen bills for 100 yen coins. Luggage delivery service is possible here! You typically want to ship it 2 days in advance of your flight or wherever you're checking in. For more urgent delivery, they then employ a third-party service known as "Airporter" (you yourself go online to arrange the pickup and delivery destination). I've used this service at other hotels as well and it's just as affordable as using the 'standard' services that lyf Ginza uses. Onsite Wi-Fi was reliable! Just down the street is a 7-Eleven conbini/convenience store to check out when you're wrapping up your evening and coming back to the hotel or in the morning :) Subway: Exit 4 (stairs) from Tokyo Metro, Kyobashi Station, is one minute or less from the hotel. JR Tokyo Station (the Yaesu Side) is about a 10 minute walk away. The Tokyo International Forum is not too far a walk either! It's a great location.

The room is very modern and adequate for the "all together" room type that I had booked. I have a 19 month old toddler and there were some dangerous corners but it is not a show stopper. The idea of the under bed open storage space for a large suitcase is a brilliant design for a small room, very practical. I also like that it was next to the water room where there was a clean sink and a water dispenser which has hot and cold water on demand. Super. Location is easy to navigate but we didn't get to venture to some of the eateries on the streets along and adjacent to the hotel. I had the impression that there was no easy access to food because we didn't see many restaurants/eateries on our way in and out. It was only on our last day that we saw some small but cosy shops near the hotel with people in queues. I will have to go back to have a good look again. Most importantly as well, the hotel reception staff are very helpful, patient and they have provided excellent customer service. I left an important item on check out and they responded very quickly when I had wrote to enquire. They even liaised with my next hotel in Kyoto to be sure it can be delivered by Yamato. Housekeeping staff are also very polite and hardworking. I will definitely return to this hotel and book the same room type again.

I recently stayed at LYF Ginza Hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel is stylish and modern, perfectly located in the heart of Ginza. The super friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering great local recommendations and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and functionality, while the common areas were well-maintained and inviting. Overall, LYF Ginza Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Everything. Good quiet location. Close to Tokyo station for the bullet trains, a smaller station just down the block and a 7-11 on the corner was great for picking up evening/morning snacks. Cleanliness. The room was spotless. Friendly staff that spoke excellent English. I didn’t use the communal facilities at all, but loved all the small touches in the room the fabric mist/room freshener, soft close bathroom door, sink outside that bathroom, fridge, safe, under bed storage space and plenty of hooks and shelves throughout the room.

I loved the hotel and the staff were very good and helpful. I did know that the colors and the look of the hotel are a bit busy for my personal tastes, but the prior reviews were so good that decided to try it. it was a good choice inspite of the many colors not meeting with my choice as I'm more subtle.....but overall I recommend it to anyone who loves the look.
